I have zero respect for independent voters, the kind who couldn’t decide to vote for Trump or Clinton in 2016.
You obviously don’t know what independent voters are, you think it means they are dispassionate fence-sitters.
Independents range from being too far left to be Democrats to too right-wing to register as Republicans, people who leave their party to register as Independent generally feel more passionate about their politics than the party they left, or in my case, the GOP was too liberal for me to want to call myself a republican from the first day I registered.
