What’s your opinion on CRE and general economy?

Wouldn't invest in CRE if you paid me.

I've been looking for a recession for the last year. Maybe Biden gets lucky? I don't know.

Still too much TARP, QE COVID $$$ out there. M2 is not coming down all that fast.

May have to wait until late 25/early 25
