There’s got to be a lot more to this case. A guy gets in an argument, goes back to get a shotgun and then shoots at his protagonist, and they call it self defense?
there was the case where a pregnant driver somehow pissed off a motorcylist and he and his buddies followed her to her home....she came out holding a gun but did not shoot... and the guy blasted her.....he had absolutely no criminal charges against him even though he pursued her and he killed her on her own property .....
the law is not applied equally at all....justice is nowhere to be found.
