People that are not named or accused can not be pardoned. Presidents whose term have ended cannot pardon people.
Trump kept more of his promises than any president in 50 years and his accomplishments are similarly impressive.

I agree. I looked at Carter’s pardon of draft dodgers and some others and I just don’t see how you craft a blanket pardon of J6ers without it being too wide in the time before he left office since they weren’t identified yet and the facts and charges unknown.
