“””irginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin is getting secret overtures from establishment Republicans — and haven’t ruled out running, top sources tell...””””

HMMMM-—Gov Ron DeSantis was once a huge favorite among the conservative Republican voters until Ron DeSanctimonious accepted those secret overtures from Establishment Republicans.

Glenn Youngkin might want to consider that little factoid before getting all warm and fuzzy with these secret overtures.

Money is the milk of politics. It legally originates from large an small donors. Name recognition is also necessary.

Youngkin is not known outside of VA, and to the politically informed. So getting $$$ from millions of small donor average types like Trump supporters isn’t possible at this time for Youngkin. If he decides 2024 is his time, then he, as a politician will act contrary to your warning as he knows he needs the milk and there is only one store for him - big donors.

Which is why black swan Trump is so formidable here. He brings his own money and millions of small donors who are motivated to vote. He does not need big money and his voters are not for sale. Compare, big donors bring big money, but they can’t deliver voters. They have pay people and buy advertising to draw them in. Trump is way ahead here. Youngkin should hang back at this time to preserve any long term aspirations ... and that’s assuming rigged and fraudulent elections will be insignificant in future outcomes.
