There were MANY QUESTIONS regarding this particular ‘close call’, starting with why the ‘Patriot Front’ (LOL) people were allowed to keep their faces covered while being arrested. In the famous picture (in the article), you’ll see the guy closest to the camera also has something bulging in his right pocket rear - why were their pockets not emptied? There’s more stuff people discussed, just from that one picture - PATHETIC operation by our masters, so bad that they haven’t even tried repeating it.
But the incremental sacrifice of the prosecutor's reputation and influence by accusing him of defying discovery rules in two different cases is puzzling. If judge and presumed Fed group are in this together, wouldn't the bait-and-switch hurt the Feds' ability to inspire other prosecutors to "take one for the team" by pursuing false-flag Kabuki cases, if that's what this is?
Are some of these prosecutor posts elective? Or are they strictly appointments?
Another thing: I don't think it's helpful at all to future prosecutions like this to point out the Feds' suppression of evidence by evading discovery rules. It makes the public suspicious of the whole process and is damaging to the interests of the Deep Fed.
What's the history of this judge? Is she usually a Federal patsy, and this is departure from her usual position--or not?
