Wasn't the indictment posted online on Monday before the grand jury's decision? It was then taken down and the clerk claimed it to have been in error and just testing the system by posting a "fictitious document" which just happened to be the actual charges except for the case number. Sounds like they were rushing a pre-determined outcome at the behest of DC.
