Yep, had a gps issue due to road construction driving from Ft. Lauderdale to the keys, drops us off the highway in a bad section around Miami, gas station had bars, got right back on the highway and figured things out rather than pulling over in that area.
Old Pro is a wise man, obviously.
There used to be a GPS app that would allow you to avoid high crime areas, but it got banned from the app stores because RACISS!
