Ummm, I think he has experience in this area. Attorneys tend to be totally submissive to even tyrannical rogue biased judges, which most in Trump’s cases are.

Best advice I ever got for a Law Professor (not a raging leftist one) was do not take any crap from a Judge. They are nothing but referees in a jury trial setting. They are not the overlords just because they wear a robe. I almost got judge to come over the bench at me once, she threatened me with contempt and a holding cell but I did not even get so much as even a sanction. Why? Because the Judge knew she was flat out wrong on the issue (she was biased toward the RI state executive branch).
