Just months after helping GOP presidential candidate Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) announce his campaign, Elon Musk appears to switch sides, bonding over the failing American dream with 2024 candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
During a Twitter Spaces interview, Musk complimented Ramaswamy, calling him a "very promising candidate" as they both agreed the elite's ongoing anti-American efforts are "insane."
Ramaswamy said everyone should be proud to be an American, condemning progressive Democrat's "self-destructive" efforts to undermine the Constitution. He told Musk that he is concerned his sons will never have the opportunity to achieve the American dream so long as Democrats keep control of the White House.
"I am genuinely worried that that American dream will not exist for my two sons and their generation unless we do something about it," Ramaswamy said. "I did not expect to be running for president, but I saw a field certainly on the Republican side forming where I saw a lot of people who are running from something. I didn't see anybody who was running to something."
In May, Musk appeared to put most, if not all, his eggs into DeSantis's basket. However, as the governor continues to worsen in the polls, it looks like Musk is making a U-turn regarding his support for GOP candidates.

These globalist billionaires all think alike in trying to stop Trump.
Elon is looking for a soft slipper that everyone will feel comfortable in. Better for business if your customers aren’t clubbing each other to death in the streets.
Vivek announced his candidacy on Tucker’s old show. Is he a China shill now too?
Trumpers have a million reasons why people would support someone other than the last guy who lost to the current guy.
Maybe so about that soft slipper. Sometimes ....I just wanna be held. /s
He has no chance of getting the nomination even though he has a reasonably good resume.
Doug Burgum would probably make a good POTUS—he has a very good background plus political experience Ramaswamy doesn't have.
If you like one of the second tier candidates and want them in the next administration vote for them in the primary and maybe they can run in 2028.
But unless Trump meets an untimely death he will be the nominee.
And he will be running against Pelosi’s nephew, Gavin Newsom (unless Joe has enough dirt on Washington insiders to knock Newsom out of the running and this is the only reason Democrats will stick with him).
At least it’s not poopy pants.
Tucker Carlson is very strong.
But he won’t run against Trump
Ramaswamy The Sensible Moderate.
“(Vivek) has no chance of getting the nomination even though he has a reasonably good resume.”
Agree, but to me, Vivek shows 2 things - just how weak the Republican field is without Trump (when the governor of the 3rd most populous state has totally collapsed), and just how HORRIBLY DISCONNECTED from the base the other candidates are.
Ramaswamy is impressive.
The GOPes have tons of power and position, but are horribly disconnected from working class America.
Trump didn’t have political experience either, and was a good president. Except for letting Fauci lock down the nation.
I like Ramaswamy a lot. I think he’s so smart, he’d run circles around Pelosi’s nephew if they debate.
Ramaswamy is just like Paul Ryan. He knows how to sound conservative but it’s all an act. He hated Trump for a long time before deciding to run for president. Total phony.
The billionaires made all that money because they are highly intelligent. I like both Musk and Ramaswamy.
Both parties are. Nothing but limousine liberals and country club conservatives. That’s why Trump was a breath of fresh air. He actually supported and followed through with thisng that actually benefitted working Americans. That is also why his supporters are sticking with him. There is literally no other real alternative!
“Ramaswamy The Sensible Moderate.”
Musk has always said he was a “moderate” and a “centrist.”
That should be the biggest red flag about anyone that he would support.
That's why he's no longer the President.
Lol
You actually think Trump did not win the election because of Fauci?
Srsly???
Correct.
Accurate. And in my experience it’s a cultural trait as well. California is already multiculti which is why it’s barely American anymore. Maybe it already isn’t.
