Here’s a clue. There were Jews returning to the Land of Israel before political Zionism, and some who never left. It’s a commandment for Jews to live in the Land of Israel regardless of who pretends to be sovereign. If, God forbid, secular Israelis commit suicide, religious Jews will still be there and others will return, as always.
Like it or not, there are also Arabs who live in that land. It is a pipe dream to think that they are going to go away.

Demographics maybe destiny. Liberal Jews tend to have fewer children than the orthodox. The last time I was in Jerusalem was Nov. just before Covid hit to see my son and family. I couldn’t believe how many young orthodox families I saw with 5 or 6 little ones in tow and babies in momma’s arms. I also believe increased persecution world wide and here in the US will eventually bring many other Jewish families back to Israel. I don’t know where they will all live. It’s a problem (along with many others) that’s not going to go away. The Time of Jacob’s Trouble looms larger on the horizon everyday. Prayers for Israel and her people!
I know there have been some recent attacks on Christians in Israel that have prompted responses from government officials but this below quote from 2015 is encouraging.With what’s coming on the whole world we’re going to need each other!
