What are the implications of this for the current charges against Trump?

The basis for the charges against President Trump was the phone call to Brad Raffensberger asking him to "find 11,780 votes." This filing documents why President Trump believed there were votes that were incorrectly included in the counts that, by law, should have been challenged and thrown out.

The Soros DA and LAAP-dog media were trying to set the narrative that Trump was asking Georgia officials to create votes because that's what Democrats do, so it's only natural that they would impute that behavior onto Republicans.

The court filings go towards President Trump's state of mind, and were backed up with detailed, documented evidence that he expected to be adjudicated in court. That fact that no court would hear his challenge is why he believes that the election was stolen from him. Now that the Democrats are using his words to frame an insurrection narrative, President Trump is providing the details of why he believed the things that he said.
