This will be like Alex Jones’ trial (maybe trialS). The judge forbade ANY evidence by Jones to be admitted. I think the Jones trial was a dry run for future Trump cases.
Jones was forbidden to even say he was innocent.
The basis for the charges against President Trump was the phone call to Brad Raffensberger asking him to "find 11,780 votes." This filing documents why President Trump believed there were votes that were incorrectly included in the counts that, by law, should have been challenged and thrown out.
The Soros DA and LAAP-dog media were trying to set the narrative that Trump was asking Georgia officials to create votes because that's what Democrats do, so it's only natural that they would impute that behavior onto Republicans.
The court filings go towards President Trump's state of mind, and were backed up with detailed, documented evidence that he expected to be adjudicated in court. That fact that no court would hear his challenge is why he believes that the election was stolen from him. Now that the Democrats are using his words to frame an insurrection narrative, President Trump is providing the details of why he believed the things that he said.

Ping to "thegagline".
The 2020 GA election was utterly shot through with anomalies at minimum and corruption at (not even) worst.
Thx.
It should be noted that Lin Wood was the plaintiff's attorney. The Court pointed out that Wood's sole legal authority regarding standing was a case that was abrogated 13 years ago. It was no longer good law.
I’M THINKING...PERHAPS THIS IS WHAT THE PRESIDENT TRUMP PRESS CONFERENCE IS GOING TO BE ABOUT.
IF TRUMP SAVES IT FOR THE TRIAL, THE JUDGE MAY NOT ALLOW IT.
I SAY...GET IT OUT THERE.
They are trying to send Trump and 18 others to prison for complaining about election fraud.

Here we go again: another disastrous Trump indictment!:
It’s downright pathetic that Fulton County publicly posted the indictment on its website even before the grand jury had finished convening.
Since the four prosecutions against Trump are using novel & untested legal theories, it’s fair game for him to do the same in defense: immediately file a motion to dismiss for a constitutional due process violation for publicly issuing an indictment before the grand jury had actually signed one.
He should make a strong argument on these grounds & it would send a powerful message to the ever-expansive prosecutorial police state. As someone who’s running for President against Trump, I’d volunteer to write the amicus brief to the court myself: prosecutors should not be deciding U.S. presidential elections, and if they’re so overzealous that they commit constitutional violations.
Then, the cases should be thrown out, and, they should be held accountable!:
Want On or Off list? Frmail me.
I agree. They showed themselves to be cowards.

Eh. Why ping that????
That person is all on board with the Stalinist show trials. Adds nothing to the discussion.
Yup. Legal garbage they use when they *DON'T* want to do their job.
This is why so many people have a horrible opinion regarding Judges. People seem them as stupid, insane, and/or corrupt.
More evidence that the legal system is dysfunctional and ran by either idiots or liars.
There was a time where the democratic narrative (Even used by Brett Braier) of 70 lawsuits never producing any evidence of voter fraud. My recollection is that is not true. I believe every one of the 70 lawsuits by Trump were thrown out on civil procedure, technical grounds of either too early, not ripe or too late? Trumps claims were never heard on the merits, as far as I know. Please correct me if I’m wrong. thanks
I get the impression that he's a lawyer, so he probably can't help himself.
