There is no surprise here. In fact, this is precisely what the American electorate did in 2020, when it gave Trump 46.8% of the popular vote. Nothing has or will change on this, as everyone’s minds are made up about Trump, and he has little to no prospect of changing anyone’s mind.
More importantly, Trump lost all the swing states (PA, MI,WI,AZ, NV, GA), and none of them are coming back to him, even against a feeble, incompetent Biden.
I’m in GA and voted for DT twice but won’t again. GA is #1 world-wide in film production, which began when “Deliverance” was filmed here and then GA provided all kinds of incentives to keep the gravy flowing. Film folks generally vote D but my NW GA Rep - Marjorie Taylor Greene - is among the most conservative in the House.
