The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit decided Wednesday that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must restore the safeguards to chemical abortion drugs used to end the life of a human baby.
The federal appeals court’s decision came after it found that the federal government, under former President Barack Obama’s administration, improperly loosened regulations on the abortion drugs in 2016 to make it easier for women to access the drugs.
The three judge panel said it was not lawful for the FDA to allow women to take the abortion drug mifepristone later during pregnancy (up to 10 weeks). The panel also ruled that it was not lawful for the FDA to allow non-doctors to prescribe abortion drugs or for it to allow providers to mail the abortion drugs directly to women.

Great news!
Yes, very great news!
To just send these drugs out has the potential to cause harm to unborn children and the women using the drugs from improper use.
Any mom should be able to kill her child up to the age of 26. Procrastination isn’t a crime. (Do I really need a sarcasm tag?)
That’s awesome!
As if there is a proper use of a drug to kill your baby.
>> the safeguards to chemical abortion drugs used to end the life of a human baby
sickening pretense of “safety”
Those drugs should not even exist.
And by safety, they only mean the safety of the mother, not her child, sadly.
Is this the same drug that some universities are putting into vending machines on campus?
Moar winning!
So the FDA committed a crime, but they are exempt from any punishment.
“ To just send these drugs out has the potential to cause harm to unborn children and the women using the drugs from improper use.”
With no accountability.
Thank you God for a victory in the middle of this avalanche of evil.
