Human error does not explain how the true bill mirrored exactly the indictment announced hours later after jury voting was complete. Several jurors and staff were frantically called in after Reuters “prematurely” let the fix out of the bag to save face.
There is no other explanation except: It was fixed. Predetermined.

Predetermined. Exactly. It's de facto evidence of jury rigging. They published how the jury was going to vote before it even voted.
