He emphasized "stolen" which he is correct in the context of the Cabal. It was given to the rightful leadership according to the cabal.
The argument that we haven't proven fraud is exactly why our elections are broken. Before an investigation the first thing you must prove is the crime BEFORE you investigate how it was executed. Which is nearly impossible.

Thee was provable fraud, now they raise the bar saying the provable fraud wasn’t “enough” to effect the outcome or overturn the election - but they say this w/o evidence to support this.

Anytime a Dem wins a close national or statewide vote in Georgia, you can bet it was stolen in the precincts of Atlanta. A Republican needs to overcome a two percentage point cheat handicap, largely generated out of heavily Dem Atlanta precincts, to win. There, I said it. Now, will I be indicted?
