This crap is confusing and getting more so. Two negatives to make a positive. Who knows right from left anymore.
North Carolina’s Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper has vetoed the GOP supermajority North Carolina General Assemblies’ bill that banned gender-affirming health care for minors and limiting transgender participation in school sports. Now they must attempt to override??? I thing a recall would be more in line then fix it again.

Why go through a recall when we voted in a super-majority to deal with Cooper. By the time you get the signatures tallied and the recall is approved the 2024 Governors race will already be in full swing. Last session we lacked a super-majority and Cooper veto damn near every piece of legislation. When the new session began we were one vote shy of a super-majority, but Coopers intransigence drove a Democrat from a conservative district to switch parties.

Cooper will not budge on any gay related issue, they got him elected in the first place. But he is a dumbshit, there are other issues he could have negotiated with the legislature but refused. The legislature is, intentionally or not, taking on the really contentious issues before the next Governors race. That should leave the RATS to run on Bidenomics.😀
