The clerk of the Fulton County, Georgia, court system acknowledged Tuesday accidentally releasing what appeared to be a list of criminal charges against Donald Trump before he was actually indicted, and sought to deflect blame amid mounting criticism from Republicans who have seized on the blunder to characterize the case as rigged.
After refusing to explain what happened for more than a day after Reuters posted the document the media outlet said was published on the court’s website, clerk Che Alexander’s office said she was doing a “trial run” of the court’s filing system on Monday “in anticipation of issues that arise with entering a potentially large indictment.”
Alexander’s office said that led to the docketing of “what appeared to be an indictment, but which was, in fact, only a fictitious docket sheet.”

Pubkic officials in GA seem to have a lot of mishaps.
In an ethical legal environment, this would be considered a severe prejudicial “error” and the proper judicial remedy would be to dismiss all charges against the defendant and sanctions would be levied against the DA for a stunt like this.
A product of the Atlanta Public School System, Ché is a graduate of North Fulton High School where she was well-known for her leadership abilities and competitive spirit. …Poor choice of words? Nothing to boast of.

Is Fulton County ALL BLACK??? Seems like it.
Starting to look that way..
Sounds like Alec Baldwin.

Seems like they have great GOVERNMENT and HOSPITAL jobs.
It was just bad choreography.
They were so excited they just couldn’t wait.
“Mishap” = Mistrial. Toss it.
I don’t think it should matter if it was a mishap. You just don’t let stuff like that happen.
Sounds to me like she should be charged with interfering in the exercise of the courts and attempting to manipulate the proper activities of government.
Civil rights violations and attempting to impersonate a public official charges should be brought against the clerk and everyone who works with her.

Who counts the grand jury votes?
I’m starting to get the feeling outcomes are predetermined, grand jury results be damned.
