Ever eager to twist and contort the boundaries of the law, the flexibility inherent in conspiracy law is a perfect tool for malicious abuse on the part of corrupt and politically weaponized prosecutors. In the Fulton County case, the prosecutor attempts to criminalize First Amendment speech, including Trump’s tweets, by considering them as “overt acts” in furtherance of Trump’s alleged plan to overturn the Georgia election results. As a consequence, the Georgia indictment registers the following tweets as effectively illegal in the context of this ridiculous conspiracy charge.

That’s right, calling on supporters to watch conservative news channel OANN is an “overt act” and therefore essentially illegal in this context according to Fulton County DA’s office!

I agree, but where were the black leaders? Grabbing the free stuff, and demanding more and more free stuff. They sowed the wind of sloth and immorality — they still are! — and the black urban community is reaping the whirlwind.

The problem with pinning the blame on Whitey is that it’s not the problem. As surely as night follows day, it follows that blaming Whitey won’t solve a damned thing! Blacks will continue to suffer (and inflict suffering) and nothing will change.

Keep in mind that slavery existed for centuries. Then LBJ became the new plantation owner for the Blacks. The goal is to keep them all on the plantation operated by the Democrats.

It's time for some accountability in the community, I agree. But at the same time, some folks are $#it out of luck. The best thing a person who grew up in Chicago can do is to get the **ll out of there. And we need to see more of that happening.

There are things we can do.

We should be providing George Washington Carver scholarships to study a trade at a vocational school so they can make a living for themselves.

But the Democrats are not going to like that.

I don't see this kind of problem with the Hispanics, fortunately.
