This is all about the folk signing a letter saying the GOP slate were the true set of electors for the State.

It’s a brilliant piece of lawyering by the enemy.

* Step 1: Rig an election to put A in office.
* Step 2: B complains and says he was actually elected and should be in office
* Step 3: Arrest B for claiming to have a job he does not have
