I don’t buy your analysis. I think all of these proceedings will be a death knell for the republican party. There’s been a growing dissatisfaction with the republican party for a while now. That’s how we got Trump in the first place.

I agree with the frustration with establishment Republicans, but look where we are now. Trump claimed he was going to drain the DC swamp, but led us into an ambush in a DC alley instead. I'm sure a subset of his supporters will just throw up their hands and surrender politics, once he's off the scene, we see those comments here constantly. But the majority won't do that. They'll regroup, and look for a new leader. One that's not as unpredictable (and foolhardy) as Trump. Thanks.

The republican party is the problem not Trump. The republican party is “the swamp”. They did everything that they could to stop Trump.

And I’ll tell you this. People aren’t going to be throwing up their hands and surrendering as you say. Americans will figure out a way to fight back.

I think people need to clean up their lives and get right with God. Become more disciplined. Listen for guidance and don’t be afraid. Relish the fight ahead.
