ATLANTA (AP) — A list of criminal charges in Georgia against former President Donald Trump briefly appeared Monday on a Fulton County website, but prosecutors said Trump had not been indicted in a long-running investigation of the 2020 presidential election.
A Fulton County grand jury began hearing from witnesses Monday. Shortly after 12 p.m., Reuters reported on a list of several criminal charges to be brought against Trump, including state racketeering counts, conspiracy to commit false statements, and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer.
Reuters, which later published a copy of the document, said the filing was taken down quickly afterward. A spokesperson for Willis said the report of charges being filed was “inaccurate,” but declined to comment further.

The courts democrats control are as corrupt as they are... I’m surprised they didn’t post the outcome and sentence.

Reminds me days prior to the election when the media would already post that Biden “Won”t then they took it down, the fix was always in..now with this, this demands an immediate mistrial but since we make North Korea and Iran look good nothing will happen

This is all easily fixed. Donald Trump should change his name and IDENTIFY as Jack Smith. Dems would NEVER question if you identify as someone else right? Maybe his pronouns should just be Jack and Smith.

Their sixty-year “Long March through the Institutions” has captured the federal government administrative bureaucracy, half of Congress, the presidency, most corporations, most universities, all of Hollywood, most popular music, all of the MSM, a lot of church denominations, many state Secretaries of State, many DAs around the country, many big city mayors and city councils, and more. Nothing is done when leftists hold an eight month riot, kill 35 people, destroy federal buildings, and cause $2 billion of property damage. The J6 political prisoners are still in the US Lubyanka in DC. Our federal elections are fraudulent as hell. The leftists have, for the first time in US history, indicted a President of the US on process charges after failing at two impeachments. Hillary Clinton, the FBI and 51 intel spooks ran a thoroughly fraudulent and concocted campaign to elect Clinton, discredit Trump and emasculate President Trump, yet nobody was held to account. The treasonous SOB in the White House has amassed a fortune of $20 million to maybe $100 million, yet he and his evil spawn will never be held to account. The DOJ and AG are thoroughly corrupt and have created a two-tier justice system.

Here we go again: another disastrous Trump indictment. It’s downright pathetic that Fulton County publicly posted the indictment on its website even before the grand jury had finished convening. Since the four prosecutions against Trump are using novel & untested legal theories, it’s fair game for him to do the same in defense: immediately file a motion to dismiss for a constitutional due process violation for publicly issuing an indictment before the grand jury had actually signed one. He should make a strong argument on these grounds & it would send a powerful message to the ever-expansive prosecutorial police state. As someone who’s running for President against Trump, I’d volunteer to write the amicus brief to the court myself: prosecutors should not be deciding U.S. presidential elections, and if they’re so overzealous that they commit constitutional violations, then the cases should be thrown out & they should be held accountable.
