Chinese businesses are buying up farmland for investment reasons I think.

Chinese economy is whack, but I don’t want them buying up US farmland all the same.

The Chinese bought Smithfield years ago. Our politicians have let them drill for oil, plus so much more.

The CCP paid the Bidens and Marxist Dems for the privilege to make the purchases. Maybe they all get a percentage of the ownership.

If our government were doing their job, a move should be underway to not only NOT allow any foreign ownership of U.S. land, but to begin to retrieve what has already been sold. You can’t have sovereignty when there is foreign ownership of U.S. land. Even the dimwits in our gov’t. (and there seem to be far too many) should realize that.

They are buying land in many states near strategic locations. Also, planting crops and exporting it back to China. Water too, I believe.
