The US has all the Uranium we could use in several lifetimes. But our corrupt, POS Neocons want to start some crap in Niger.

Just like all the others, any resistance against the "established rules based order" is characterized as an enemy of democracy, liberty and human dignity.

Biden needs to fly his LGBT flags at American embassies where they will be tolerated — and Niger has just canceled this arrangement.

Both France and the US operate military bases in Niger and they have been used to launch operations against jihadist groups in the wider region.

Military officials from Eco-was countries are reportedly set to meet on Saturday to draft plans for a military intervention.

Joe Biden has made no public comments on this situation because his handlers are fearful of how he will pronounce the country’s name while reading from the teleprompter.

Not our circus, not our monkeys, regardless of a military base there. But it is sort of France’s circus and monkeys. I’ll ask again, who is scarier, the Wagner Group or the French Foreign Legion?

Why does the president have the name Mohammed? They adopted the religion and names of their slave masters and oppressors? Pathetic losers.

The Uranium market is... interesting. A cutoff of exports from Niger would definitely add fuel to the fire of inflation-of-prices-for-electricity here.

Granted that if we were not foolishly shutting down coal-fired power plants, any negative effect in the US could be readily minimized.

In any event, France and ECOWAS can handle this readily, or at least handle Wagner in Niger, readily. France has reasonably capable air power and could shred Wagner’s present forces in Niger, no problem. Might lose a couple planes to Stingers or similar. ECOWAS is not a very scary (capability) bunch, but working with the loyalists would still mop up any remaining human debris on the ground. Might not be very pretty, at times.

There is no real need for the US to be involved beyond providing intel or maybe a bit of air transport-for-pay to safe staging areas. The French might even prefer it that way.

Oh yeah.

And a pipeline reportedly of Shell oil to go through Niger and on to Europe, from Nigeria.

That gets you the Serbian treatment, when you say no to a pipeline going through your country.

Anyway the ECOWAS chair is supposedly a US puppet.

This will be another proxy war.
