The Electoral College is a representative body.
There were two slates of “representatives” up for election in November of 2020.
One was “chosen” and allowed to vote for President.
The other wasn’t. They are not “fake” or “alternate” electors.
They are the other slate.
Just as in ANY election, there is ANOTHER candidate, not a “fake” or “alternate” candidate.

The Pubbies had better start playing smashmouth over this kind of thing, or they’re done as a national party.

This is like the mob—they are not happy just rigging the poker game—they want to break a few legs afterwards if anyone dares complain about it.

Dane County Circuit Judge Frank Remington is little more than a divorce court judge. How a hack gets a case like this is mystifying, unless you know that the Democrats never enter a courtroom without judge shopping.

Alternate electors are a fully legal construct. They aren’t to be used until called.
This is crazy, and should be thrown out.

I still do not understand who the “alternate electors” are.
Are they the individuals appointed by the GOP who WOULD HAVE cast ballots on December 14 IF Trump had been declared the winner by the various State authorities?
Or are they randos who go around announcing that THEY are the actual Electors appointed by Wisconsin, etc?

When 19 states petition SCOTUS about the illegal changes of election laws in several battleground states in 2020, their motion is thrown out because of "lack of standing."
And yet when a group of Dems nebulously allege election wrongdoing on the part of Trump, the courts allow them to go forward.

fake republican neoCON deep stateWhat makes these Republicans "fake"?
As far as I can tell, they are a perfect representation of what the GOP really is.

You are starting to “get it” now. A guy named George wrote a book about “it” a while ago.

(I don’t see why they would)
Again, as with Michigan, they weren't allowed to sign the original certification, and they weren't allowed to
present their alternate certification.
There's no crime.

The entire issue of Democrat Lawfare should have and could have been put to rest if the RNC had fought back when the Dems unleashed their lawfare operation against Palin in 2008-12 when they besieged her with scores of frivolous lawsuits that drove her to the point of bankruptcy which lead her to resign as governor. When she pleaded for help from the RNC they turned their back on her. At that point the Media-Dem Party could smell blood in the water and that the RNC would NEVER lift a finger against their relentless lawfare operation. The RNC never took any action against the media for their sidekick role in the operation either, they just continued to try and suck up to them.
