The MS and PhD in Math are the only real loss, and I'm guessing that is because they do not have sufficient enrollment to justify faculty / infrastructure.
That was my thinking as well. There is no reason to pay for higher math faculty is no one is signing up for the courses.

Some Basic Problems of the Mathematical Theory of Elasticity N.I. Muskhelishvili....weighs in at 732 pages.
For the numerical analysis I borrowed the Marchant 10 digit mechanical calculator from the company accounting office.
