Now he can pick any jurisdiction to file charges. I think Weiss will dismiss the charges in Delaware and then judge-shop somewhere else where he will try again.

Clumsy way of saying Weiss was named a special prosecutor to broaden his powers to investigate Hunter Biden on more issues and to bring cases in federal courts outside of Delaware.
No fan of Weiss here since he was the one who approved the corrupt sweetheart plea bargain the judge rejected at the hearing.
His appointment as Special Prosecutor is probably a sand-in-the-gearbox move to slowdown the judicial process. After all, the new special prosecutor will have to put a dedicated staff in place, transfer records and collected evidence (after careful inventory, of course), schedule new court actions, etc., etc. All of this takes time.
Meanwhile, Hunter remains free and the clock on the Biden presidency continues to unwind.
It seems that Durham laid out one heck of Rico case on Russia gate. Then admitted that he could not go after the offenders because the DOJ would not allow it. He also did no pursue other areas that he was tasked to do because the Justice department would not allow it.
There goes the entire argument that a special prosecutor is independent and can do whatever they want. The entire DOJ special prosecutor thing is nothing more than a tool used to scam us.
Haven't we all gotten a little drunk and laundered $ millions from the Chi-coms to U.S. Democrats in exchange for a few favors?
