an intellectual jackass and self-promoter, publishes through Strategic Culture Foundation, but, as with so much on the internet these days, is likely not there. Rather in Japan or somewhere in southeast Asia, as above cited sources suggest.

Why? Because "Amazon Digital Services LLC - KDP Print US" is a service of Amazon print, for those who print a small run of their own books -- or in this case garbage. Given the "print" was private and the Google review contained critical comments, the placement of this excerpt with Google is questionable, unless Hayes wants to make himself more controversial than he already has made himself.
