I gotta admit American Jews are at the top when it comes to accomplishments in all fields. They’re most guilty of providing the best at whatever the customer wants.

Some of that is brains and talent -- but nepotism and cronyism also helps them dominate certain fields.

Actually, all minorities (gays included) practice nepotism and cronyism. But not whites.

Whites are especially eager to find and hire a capable non-white. It makes them feel morally virtuous. "I hired the best candidate. He just happened to be black!"

I don't think any other ethnic group feels as morally virtuous when hiring someone outside their group.
