I’ve seen the opening scene. I think you’re misinterpreting that symbolism. The babydolls they are smashing don’t represent babies (since little girls are incapable of getting pregnant and having babies, after all), they represent the typical dolls that kids played with before “Barbie” came along and took over the marketplace. It’s an “out with the old” type of statement, not a pro-abortion statement, lol.
As for the rest of the movie, I’ve heard it’s trash, so there should be plenty to criticize without trying to shoehorn in something that isn’t there just to find more to criticize.
I’m female and I do believe that smashing baby dolls means they want to kill them.
