Uh huh.
I enjoy art. And there were some nice works there. But as I looked at many of the works they displayed, and read the placards next to the work, I felt as if I were being sprayed with a fire hose of Leftism word-salad. Things largely read like this:
Mary Smith (1965-) was a pioneer in the portrayal of the bigotry, hate, challenges and hardships faced by both cis-gender and gender non-conforming people born with female anatomy. Her works highlight the fight against the capitalistic ruling class...
And so on (I just made that up, but it is representative)
My wife laughed, she said she saw the young woman who admitted us watching me on the surveillance cameras and shaking her head.
One of my faults (features) is that I most definitely do not have a poker face. I have no doubt that young college age woman watching me reading this could clearly see my military hat, my eyes narrowing, the shaking of my head in disbelief at the stupidity...
Yeah. It is the belly of the beast, no doubt, at Middlebury College.
