Bryan Clark, a senior fellow at Hudson Institute, a US think tank, told BBC News that Russia's electronic-warfare capability had significantly improved during the conflict with Ukraine.
He said that Russia was now deploying hundreds of small, mobile electronic-warfare units along the front line, having previously relied on large, cumbersome units that could be easily targeted.
Clark told the BBC that Russian technologies were able to jam missiles' GPS coordinates, disable Ukrainian drones, and suppress Russian radar signals that were used by Ukraine to identify targets to attack.

Yes.
Russian army guys put on Serb army uniforms and, as a group, had their picture taken in front of all kinds of outstanding military equipment.
Apparently the US got ahold of the pics and were worried about NATO attacking for awhile.
⚡️🇩🇪🇺🇦 Rheinmetall to open plant in Ukraine within 3 months.
The largest German weapons manufacturer plans to build a manufacturing plant for the production of tanks and armored vehicles.
The plant will be located in Western Ukraine, at a cost of $218 million USD. Its production capacity will be about 400 tanks per year - that is if the Russian hypersonic missiles take mercy. 🚀
From July 2023
Seems an unwise investment @IntelRepublic

Too funny!
I said the same thing. They might be sending their guys into a meat grinder but they are in the midst of developing tactics to defeat US, and NATO weapons systems and they’re not keeping that data to themselves. All of our military stress points will be more vulnerable.
War, not necessity, is the mother of invention.
Yes, but next they will have flying robots, jammers to jam the jammers.
Update time
You need to add about another $115 billion to that total
Or more
The only jamming of GPS is only good against Chinese-made drones - which are making a huge difference by dropping grenades and small bombs on Russian troops and vehicles.
“Russia’s electronic-warfare capability had significantly improved during the conflict with Ukraine.”
More like it was always getting better but incompetence in the US claimed otherwise.
Wonder if Biden is playing both sides of the coin? Didn’t he meet with the wife of the former mayor of Moscow?
Thanks, and my comment applies to both sides.
I believe Putin, those that support him, and the majority of Russians will not pay Biden when everyone else will, and that is the cause of the entire Ukraine War, Democrats and Biden didn't get their cut.
Great! The Russians are unwittingly helping us better prepare for war against them.
One of the reasons The US gives Israel weapons is to get them live-fire combat-tested. Saves us the trouble (and the cost in blood) of doing it ourselves.
And every time the Russians pull out their latest and greatest hi-tech kit to use against weapons the US has supplied to the Ukrainians in their little backyard squabble, we get the opportunity to learn how to defeat their countermeasures at a reduced cost to us.
Nothing new, this is the nature of war, both sides adapt as quickly as they can, until they can’t.
