record... like it will COST more to replace? Like the price of plywood and 2X4’s went way up... who did this?

$8 sheets of plywood went to $64. Don’t know what they are now.

This stellar research group used two suspect benchmarks, insured, and dollars.

Texas exploded in new construction and population growth. The smart Californians scarfed up existing properties at highly inflated prices. (I sold 2 for way more than I paid for them)

Between more insured properties, higher replacement cost, and Bidenomically jacked up material costs, it’s a no crap Sherlock moment.

Oh, did I forget to mention much higher insurance premiums?

Now hand out the participation trophies and juice boxes to this gaggle of “experts” and pat them on the head.
