Forget “Practically speaking.” He will declare such an “Emergency” officially as soon as the public is softened up by reports like this. I still say it will come on the heels of the latest rash of excited fear porn emanating from the November COP climate orgy. It will involve escalating restrictions based on the precedent of the covid shutdown.
Of course this will require suspending elections and martial law.
Time to round up the Christians and put them in a sustainable re-education camp.

Yeah. The last few years have been cooler than usual. I work outside. I have heat sensitive machines that don’t like the ambient temp hitting 95. That machine has t gone into temperature shutdown in three years. Possibly four. It USED to be a regular occurrence EVERY SUMMER for myself and others in the industry.
Actually declaring a “climate emergency” next year to interfere with the elections will not turn out well at all for the dims.
