She’s a potato who checks the box she’s told to check. Her vote is the party vote every single time. If somebody like Schiff takes the seat that reality will be unchanged.

Quite correct. But Schiff will be constantly grandstanding at hearings and for TV cameras while Feinsein will be just struggling to stay awake. Big difference.
