Somehow from your post I’m reminded of that scene from the movie “Kiss Of Death’’ when Richard Widmark as the sadistic killer “Tommy Yudo’’ pushes the old woman in the wheelchair down the stairs.
Man, that was brutal.
Yeah, I remember that. Quite a blast from the past. I think Widmark’s performance was the first Joker-like character on the on any screen.
A long time ago someone was interviewing a comedian and asked him “What’s the difference between an amateur comedian and a professional?”
“An amateur will dress some guy up like an old lady put her in a wheelchair and shove her down a flight of stairs.”
“And a professional?”
“We use a real old lady.”
