Not a nickels worth of this is new. MSM has been at it for decades. Big Tech social media platforms and other garbage people are hooked on have been doing it for many years also.
Several years back I ran into a couple of people that honestly believed that if it is printed by the MSM, it has to be true. I was thought to be a radical if I believed the MSM would lie. The point being there are millions out there that believe anything they hear or read. Joseph Goebbels caught on to this and made a career out of being the state’s paid liar.
You’re correct, however the more times this information gets put in front of people the better off society becomes. Perhaps if the people you ran into a couple of years ago knew what you know about the MSM they may not have considered you a radical.
Granted some folks will never wake up to what’s happening around themselves, even when shown conclusive evidence that every time the media reports on something, it’s guaranteed to be only partially accurate if accurate at all, but many others will have their eyes opened and minds expanded. I just wish Shapiro would learn to write articles that are easier to read, his style of writing is just about as annoying as his squeaky voice.
Goebbels learned everything from George Creel and Edward Bernays, especially the tactics they used to get the US population on board to supporting Wilson's entry into WWI.
