We are living through the worst political scandal in US history.
President Biden is committing treason by indicting his opponent for president for acts he took as president. Trump has absolute immunity for things he did or did not do or things he said or did not say. Biden must be impeached for this unprecedented abuse of power.
Try to imagine of Nixon had indicted McGovern.

Bingo. Far too many people seem to be forgetting that nowadays.
Now, if he had been successfully impeached and convicted in the Senate, then he might have lost that immunity, at least for matters he was impeached over. But he was not.
