Gavin Newsom, Vivek Ramaswamy and Robert Kennedy Jr. have all surged ahead of the Florida Governor.

Ron DeSantis continues to look like a long shot in presidential betting markets, hitting a new low in gamblers’ estimations of the 2024 landscape.

According to the Election Betting Odds website, which uses odds from Betfair, Smarkets, PredictIt and Polymarket, the Governor is now in sixth place, with a 4.8% chance of victory.

But Youngkin can’t run for a consecutive term.

Speaking for myself I don’t think Ron is a conservative. It’s hard to be a big business, globalist candidate and also a conservative even if you throw a little red meat to moral conservatives.

Do you think DeSantis would not have gotten even more heat in the general? Not ready for the big time.

I guess deciding to run for President three months after winning re-election wasn’t such a good idea.

There is always an excuse from a DeSantimonious supporter and it always lacks substance or logic or both!

Sorry, but I will probably vote for Trump over DeSantis.

One problem with many Trump fanatics is they can't accept any opposing narrative. If you're not 100% for Trump 24/7/365, then you must be a Never Trumper or DeSantis supporter.

Truth is, while I prefer Trump to DeSantis, I don't worship either of them. Both are deeply flawed men, albeit preferable to Democrats.

So I will likely vote for Trump -- but hold my nose while doing so.

I respect your opinion as a reflection of your perception on this matter.

However, in my opinion, we are neither fanatics, nor, do we believe that "If you're not 100% for Trump 24/7/365, then you must be a Never Trumper or DeSantis supporter". Far from it. We know Trump has flaws, however, we also know that DeSantis is aligned with the very group of losers that are our enemies. This much can be safely assumed by looking at who has funded him, endorsed him, campaigned with him, and his comments of late where Trump is concerned. This is not hard to logically see.

Trump has already proved himself to be a man of his word. He has kept his promises, and where he has not, he has done everything humanly possible to try and keep his promises. He is an honest man, you get what you see.

DeSantis, on the other hand, is a deceitful man, pretending to be something he is not, MAGA, in order to manipulate Trump supporters to vote for him. His whole campaign is built on deception.

So, while your perception is that Trump supporters are hard-justified to Trump with no sense of rationalibility, we (Trump Supporters) know we are grounded in rationalibility, logic and common sense.

Hopefully that helps, if not, there is not much that can be said to you that will help.

And that is exactly what the left set out to do with all the negative shit thrown at this man. Shame. the right walked into another trap and now DeSantis is shunned by the left AND the right.

Nope, DeSantis brough this on himself by aligning himself with Globalists, Neo-Cons, and the GOP-E.

To cap things off, he has to spread disenguous lies where President Trump is concerned.

He could have enthusiastically endorsed President Trump for 2024, maybe even joined in Trump's Cabinent, and then coasted to the Presidency in 2028, but no, he had to align himself with the Enemies of MAGA.

His wounded state is completely self-inflicted.

I think you’ve fallen for the trap. These guys are facing off against each other so of course they’re going to say shit about each other/policies etc. That’s no reason to hate DeSantis. Look at what he’s done in Florida. What other governor comes close to what’s he’s done? NONE. Abbott maybe but he’s soft on a lot of stuff. We need DeSantis after Trump.
