Am I missing something? If Jerk Smith wants the trial with no defense from Team Trump, isn’t Jerk Smith proposing a forgone conclusion that Trump is ALREADY guilty and there is NO DEFENSE that will be required or even be allowed?
I gotta think the pressure on this hack judge is emence. Alot of people watching and alot of expectations frome the ruling liberals. But if she is too obvious, it could be case ending. We’ll see, but I don’t have much hope.
So did the judge allow the gag order?
Trump's defense happens in the courtroom, presented by his lawyers unless he wants to appear pro se.
No defendant has a right to have his case tried in the media, or on Truth Social.
Of course, the prosecution has no right to try the case in the media, either.
Smith is acting like in the Alex Jones case where the prosecution asked the judge to deny his defense and the judge agreed. Alex was railroaded.

I don’t agree with a gag order. But at the very least any such order should come with a condition. The first time that the DOJ leaks anything then the gag order is canceled.
Never been a case like this in the history of America. It will be tried in the public no matter how this hack judge rules.
Could imagine a Republican administration doing this to Slick Willie or the Mulatto Messiah?
It would never happen, the democrats in the DOJ and DC media would’ve torpedoed it faster than you can say Hunter Biden.
It would be interesting if Trump hired enough lawyers that they would need bleachers in the courtroom.
Have them show up in three-piece suits, polished leather briefcases and mohawks.
They could just constantly stare at jack-the-jerk while writing down every word he says.
That would give the prog propagandists blabing into TV cameras something to talk about.

It’s sort of exciting to watch all of this unfold, we’re in the middle of history and historical events, events that will be written and talked about long after many of us are dust. We’re living in interesting times friends.
Kelly is right and that’s basically what the Courts will allow. The government can leak and allege any information they wish which the progressives will take more proof of Trump’s guilt whether or not the allegations are true. Trump will not be allowed to produce any evidence or mount a defense. He and any co-defendants will have to silently take what the prosecution dishes out for them. For them to do otherwise will be considered “obstruction” and will result in additional charges.
The trial will be held in the public square by accusation and innuendo, but only one side will be able to present a case.

The top legal experts and constitutional law experts did not hesitate to say Trump loses to this Judge and the DC jury.
There was a time no one on TV would admit that Judges simply rule by their politics and you can’t get a fair trial in many districts.
If Jack Smith married Adam Schiff his name would be Jack Schiff.
We have a corrupt and expensive ‘law system’ that conservative politicians have helped create.
When are they going to take responsibility for their past stupidity?

Mr Smith has no option but to try the case in public due to the short time frame before the election. Federal cases take a long time to get heard. Average Federal criminal case takes 6 to 12 months to wrap up and this one is not average. So his plan appears to be I can release information (or my minions in the press) but the judge will stop a Trump from responding. So their plan is to destroy Trump in the voters mind, then it’s mission accomplished of preventing Trump winning the Presidency. This would be the Ultimate case of election interference!
And why not? The Democrat Party is the party of lynching--and slavery, Jim Crow, segregation, infanticide, hate, and all manner of evil.
