“If only all the officers in that state would just walk off the job in protest.”
Many probably have “quietly quit”.

“This says to me that cops have no power to control crowds and crowds have the power to attack cops if they feel an injustice is being done at a crime scene.”
... unless, of course, the crime scene is a stolen election. Then not only can’t you attack cops, you can’t even walk where they wave you in and hold the door open for you.
Sorry, what part of unconscious and handcuffed isn’t clear? What Chauvin did was far excessive and clearly motivated by animus. Do you really believe after January 6th that cops like Chauvin wouldn’t do similar to Trump voters given the chance? . Conservatives must be morally consistent for our movement to survive. I know it’s difficult in this case because Floyd was such a dirt bag but we must set that aside.
“If you really can’t breath - you can’t speak either.”
Plenty of soldiers in WW1 said the same thing when exposed to mustard gas. They died.
“Derek Chauvin should have been punished for manslaughter”
But he overdosed. I would never trust you on my jury.
St. George of Fentanyl’s death was made into a crime, so this officer was “protecting a crime scene”.
Four years for holding back the crowd? What was he supposed to do?
