The answer should be “creditable source” unless the source wants to come forward. The reporter is a reporter not a copy reader. We have seen this before and refusing is the way to get a hearing in front of a higher court. This reporter has 30 years of experience in DC, she will be a Ledgen if sent to the DC lockup.

IIRC, she donated part of her liver to one of her children who had an otherwise fatal liver disease. I don't know whether that child still lives and whether it would have significant medical needs which putting her in jail might compromise. She's one of the few good ones. I hope this can be appealed. From what I've previously read on this I don't understand what it is about this case which warrants trumping her 1st amendment rights. Perhaps we have two similarly foundational rights clashing here and and by comparison her rights rank like "calling fire in a crowded theater." If so the reasoning could be better explained.
