Gator, you forgot a corollary. I have a couple that are long time friends and they own houses in both Minnesota and Texas.
They very carefully make sure that they dot the i’s and cross the t’s that establish they are “residents” of no income tax Texas.
So, the Marxists get a free lunch and free other things until “other people’s money runs out” (let’s give Maggie credit) and the people they were taxing are gone!
But in Maggie's case, that's a whole country. It's a lot tougher to leave a country, than to just move from a State. (Although I suspect eventually the Rats have a plan to stop that, as well)
