This person is all for equality - when it benefits her. Thus, she demanded and got equal pay for women’s soccer which is odd since no one watches it - they bring in 1/4 of what the men do and were defeated by a 15-year old boys’ soccer team in Texas. But then again, Jill Biden is a “doctor” and her husband is “president” so anything goes.

Women are now paid the same as the men despite drawing from a a pool of revenue that's 50x less than what the men bring in. There's nothing equal in that.
