A link to the complaint is below. To nail down things in the standing front, the Union recruited four, yes, FOUR lib stooge parents as plaintiffs. They, in turn, applied to sue as guardians for their children, because children can’t sue without a guardian. Wow that is some groundswell. You’d think the author might look a little farther than the unions press release in characterizing the lawsuit. You’d think.
