Does Niger have the slightest SAM, AAA or Air Defense capability? I cannot imagine that they do.

You could put 20,000 white men and women in Niger, assuming if the country was empty of Africans. Within a decade, it’ll be the wealthiest and safest nation in Africa.

Niger is an immense piece of real estate which is largely an uninhabitable lunar landscape, and suitable only for oil, gas, and mineral exploration. No sane person would want to live there as it is amongst the most inhospitable land on the planet, save the little green sliver in the southwest which hosts the capital Niamey where installed juntas backed by various nation-states ‘administer’ the country and natural resources.

Other than that stuff I hear it’s uncrowded for tourists and prices for souvenirs are down. Just sayin’.

It’s China not Russia that will sweep into Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali and Niger -By Kalu Aja Any small natural resource rich nation with a significant European presence based in Africa today will be prone to a military coup sponsored perhaps by merchants intent on getting access to riches via the gun
