If Russia grinds down the Ukrainian Army, the U.S. and NATO will have to decide if direct confrontation with Russia will result in a reasonable possibility of a victory. The Russians are trying to outflank us in West Africa, and Taiwan is at risk. The Russians and Chinese are sufficiently confident to send 11 warships to the coast of Alaska. My bet is that if Ukraine loses, the Deep State will seek an accommodation with our adversaries. They want to complete the Communist takeover of the U.S.A. and an overseas war would inhibit their plans. To win, they would need to motivate the restive and unhappy normal white males to join the military, and clean out the DEI and LGBTQ nonsense, which would require firing most generals and admirals. That will nit happen as long as they control the levers of power.
