Background The US Department of Energy’s Office of Economic Impact & Diversity is soliciting a third-party organization to lead an external evaluation of DOE’s implementation of the Justice40 Initiative. With the signing of Executive Order 14008, ‘Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home,’ on January 27th, 2021, the White House established the Justice40 Initiative. The executive order aims to address environmental and economic inequalities through the goal of directing 40% of the overall benefits of certain federal investments – including investments in clean energy and energy efficiency; clean transit; affordable and sustainable housing; training and workforce development; the remediation and reduction of legacy pollution; and the development of clean water infrastructure – towards historically underserved and disadvantaged communities. The Justice40 Initiative calls on federal agencies to further advance equity and environmental justice within program decision-making, planning, and implementation of federal policies & regulations. This requires Justice40 covered programs to engage in stakeholder consultation and ensure that community stakeholders are meaningfully involved in determining program benefits. The Office of Economic Impact & Diversity (ED) is responsible for facilitating DOE’s implementation of Justice40 program.
Legality? You do know who we’re dealing with right? 😆. They obviously care NOT about pesky “legal” issues. On top of that there would need to be an ACTUAL crisis which we thinking rascals know there is not.
In other words, ensure the filthy lucre flows to the "right" pockets.
Any government program with "Justice" in the name is inherently crooked and corrupt.

How many centuries will they need to be “overserved and unfairly advantaged” before we can call it even?
This is obviously a violation of the 9th, 10th and 14th amendments as well as the separation of powers clause.

Now the underserved and disadvantaged community will have the federal government “helping” them stop global warming from the privacy of their own homes. The horror! The horror!
I hereby invite them to implement the Room 40 initiative, as soon as they have Room For Deez Nutz.
