Trump's team tried and they were denied evidentiary hearings, what, about thirty or more times. They also made presentations to above five state legislatures, where they were granted evidentiary hearings, but they were denied politically.

Not really correct. Trump didn’t spend a lot of money pursuing things legally. He did spend a lot of time talking. When the courts are completely dysfunctional and ran by liars and idiots, what good would it do to spend a lot of money trying to make LYING CORRUPT judges rule in your favor?
